Overgrown & rubbish strewn area @ exit to bus station

A seemingly fenced off area at the exit of Macclesfield Bus Station has been left untended probably since the bus station opended some years ago! It is now very overgrown and covered with rotting fast food wrappers, cans & bottles. Therefore, could this town centre eyesore be cleaned up and kept clean? Photo attached.
