A gentleman who lives on the road and drives a van Leaves his trailor parked on the road at all times. Is this legal? It is not a residential parking zone, but this vehicle that never moves, takes up a whole parking space and is parked in such a way that it makes it difficult to turn around at the end of the road. The road is tight and we are allowed to park with 2 wheels on the pavement but he never does and his parking of his van is inconsiderate. Can we have it enforced that you must park with 2 wheels on the pavement and can any non licensed vehicles be removed from the street?
