Build up of rubbish

There is a larger and larger build up of rubbish building up again on the old bankings inbetween lesley road and railway view, the other side of the bridge is absolutely discusting. There has been rats sighted and the longer the build up of rubbish continues the worse this is going to get. This has now become a serious environmental issue and something needs to be done to stop this happening. But to start this needs cleaning before the problem gets even worse.
