Blocked drains

Yet again THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS, the road by number 98 approx is extensively flooded caused by two blocked drains. These have NOT been cleared out properly now for a very long time.

It was flooded again in the last few days. This problem has been here for over TWO YEARS and I have reported it many times. Why cant the blockage been repaired correctly??

We have not had a large volume of rain recently, there fore I do not know.
