Dog mess

Fresh dog faeces all up the street on the pavement. Today I saw a young black man with two dogs: one large grey dog (mastiff cross??) and adark Staffie type dog. Bothy were off thge ead. Both were allowed to mess all over the pavement. This person must live on Burrows Road/ Ashburnham Rd/ Purves Rd. Somebody must know where these dogs live so their owners can be reported to the council.

There is fresh dog mess on my street every single day. No attempt is made to clear it up. Where are the dog wardens?
