Brown road sign for East Horton Golf Centre is pointing down Winchester Road, rather than Mortimers Lane.

I received an email from Hampshire County Council saying it was the responsibility of Winchester City Council and I needed to contact then (not sure why they could not pass it on!) so I have now reported it to Winchester City Council.
