Massive pothole on Inverness Place

Not only is there a huge crater in the road - getting bigger by the day (it's outside number 13, pretty much) - all the bits of concrete coming out of the pothole are getting sprayed all over the parked cars on the road. Are the council going to pay to fix all the scratches and marks from the debris?
