Youth driving dangerously

A group of youths have rented garages in this compound. They use the garages as a hang out and verbally intimidate people passing by. Recently they have been racing their cars and motorbikes and skidding / doughnuting in the compound and crashed into one of the garages. Badly damaging the door.

Nothing has been done about this and now my garage door has been crashed into and knocked off its hinges. Have reported to the council and the police and again, nothing done. The garage door is still broken. So now im paying for an unusable garage.

I think the teenagers had the garage taken from them. No joyriding for a while.
