Potholes opening up again

There are a couple of potholes in Parkside Drive close to the junction of Parkside Drive with Windsor Drive. Depth approx 4 inches, radius about 6 inches. These were fixed in January, but are opening up again (public liability forms were requested before according to service report, so please make this a priority)
