Dog bin emptying

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

Despite bringing it to the councils attenton several times the Dog bin 100 yds up the canal from the Jolly Boatman in neer emptied with th same regularity as the others in the area. Consequently this bin is full to overflowing yet again.

The bin was emptied today. Give it a couple of weeks and it will be overflowing again, despite others in the rea being emptied regularly
