Filled a week ago,but back to square one!!!

A week ago the council filled several large and dangerous potholes in Sutton ave,over the last 7 days they have deteriated,almost back to how they were, one in particular has bubbled and lifted higher than the road.The road is full of hardcore from the holes and this has been reported too, but they still haven't removed this. The street is used by buses and has a primary and pre-school on it. They need sorting out properly this time please!!!! AND ASAP...!!!
