Very loud bird scarer

I am not sure which field exactly this is in, but I live in Well Lane, Perran Downs, Goldsithney and the new bird scarer (in one of the Skewes' fields I believe)is extremely loud. Louder than the previous one which in itself was a bit of a nightmare. I am sure it must be scaring horses too, but it is extremely loud and when I put my young son to sleep, put on the monitor, I can hear it through that too - even though the house is double glazed! It has disturbed him a couple of times. Surely it doesn't need to be this loud??? I know this scarer has been reported/complained about before by local residents - this time it is that much worse that I feel I need to complain too.
