Second vehicle untaxed

As well as an abandoned and untaxed car in this road there also appears to be a white van that's road tax expired in 2009 but I don't know if it has also been abandoned.

Small note left on windscreen by the council but apart from that, no action taken yet.

The van has gone for now so lets hope it will never return.
