Parking close to junction and cycle exits

Clerk Maxwell is used as a car park during the day. Not a problem except for the lazy people who park right up to the road junctions, and cycle exits from CAPE building and Park-n-Cycle. Double-yellow lines needed to inform these individuals of the 10m from junction law.

You got your yellow lines, but cyclist need to learn NOT to cycle straight out of the cycleway exit onto Clerk Maxwell Rd without looking. The highway code applies equally to cyclists as well as car to drivers!
