There has been a skip blocking access to the rear of 251a London Road, Hadleigh since 23rd November 2009, as well as commercial bins and a shed. I cannot access the property. The rubbish has attracted rodents in the area, this poses issues with pest control, especially since the rubbish is from a cafe. The hirers of the skip have ignored requests to remove it and other obstructions as well as the landlord, There is NO reasonable access. This is encouraging fly tipping of baths and other obstructive items. Health and Safety issues no emergency services access. This is the only access/ exit route to the property.
