Damaged vehicle appears to have been left

Sent to Kingston upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later

Black Mercedes appears to have been in a bad accident - front end is crumpled and airbags have all inflated (and now deflated). Car has been sitting on Park Road for weeks now and hasn't moved. Tax is in date so DVLA won't be interested but the car is clearly not roadworthy.

A notice from the council appeared within a few days of the car being reported and the vehicle was finally moved several weeks later.
