Roadside rubbish

As per previous email re the rubbish on the road from the A628. Brierely Road right down to the village sign from the main road is also in a real mess made all the worse by the fact the hedges have been cut back and exposed the mass of rubbish. I really looks bad. You would think we lived next to a rubbish dump with no fence allowing the rubbish to move freely. I'm not blaming the council its the fault of all the lazy people who cant be botherted to take their rubbish home but are happy to dump it out of their cars!!!! Please can you help? Thanks
