Water leaking over pavement

There is a constant stream of water going across the pavement here and into the gutter. It looks like it's coming out of an overflowing water main? In the current weather this could lead to patches of ice across the pavement.

Some work was carried out recently to try and fix this, but water is still leaking over the pavement as before.

Miraculously seems to have been fixed, after about 10 attempts by thames water...
