Dog Fouling Bingley Footbridge

Large amounts of dog mess found on a regular on the Bingley Bypass foot bridge. Must be more than 1 dog / owner as the amount and coverage on the bridge is quite substantial. Getting to the point that you have to constantly watch where you're walking across the road and canal footbridge.

Large amounts of dog mess still left on the bridge. Council emailed back with rather useful response, but it wasn't even for the right street, it was for an unadopted highway which they say they can do nothing about. Hmmmm, no it's an adopted footpath across the bridge! Useless. Emailed back stating this, no response. Rant over. And breath!
