Timing of the Traffic light

Would like to report the 2 traffic lights which are for the north bound traffic from Sloane street. The first is on the intersection of sloane street and basil street and the following one i.e. on the intersection of sloane street and brompton road. The timing is ridiculous and basically the traffic jam reachs sloane square. Something must be done to have both light on green simultaneously. Another point is that the light on Basil street switches to green for too long and there is little traffic compared to sloane street. This is a main road in London with many buses and I would really suggest for TFL/RBKC and other concerned parties to stand there for 10 min and take notes on the timings and the traffic jam that it creates.
