Parking on private drive

I live on the private drive part of Sparrowhawk way, the private drive is used by none residents for parking. Is there anything I can do to stop this? also the dropped kerb double enterance to the private drive is half blocked by same said residents is this legal? Also te drive is used as a throughfare by people despite there being no gates (they jump the fences and climb into our gardens) is it possible to stop this somehow
