Dangerous bump in road surface

On the road as you leave Great Barford heading for Bedford. Anglian Water have carried out some repair work involving the road being dug up. They have filled the hole above the level of the road surface and is completely uneven across the width of the lane. It is on a right hand bend and is slippery conditions could quite easily lead to an accident.

I think some sort of repair may have been carried out but the surface is still unlevel and raised on a right hand bend
