Bins not emptied

The blue recycle bins on Roach Street should have been emptied 19 January. Despite numerous telephone calls and emails, although we keep being promised that the bins will be emptied we are still waiting. Exactly the same thing happened the last time and it was two weeks after the due date of 25 November that they finally came to empty them. Surely this is not the service of a 4* council!!!

Bury council have refused to come and empty the blue recycle bins and they will not be emptied now until 17th February. That will be 10 weeks since they were last emptied! Bury Council a 4* council? I don't think so!
