Pedestrian Lights Crossing at Civic Hall on A6

Not operating correctly. Press to cross. Wait 2 minutes or so, find the red lights circle round the request button has gone out. Crossing does not turn the lights to stop, have to press again and it "usually" works. Both sides of the A6 are the same. Been like this for about 3 months.

Tried the crossing 26th & 27th Feb'10 and it appears to be working correctly.
