B&HCC are obsessed with energy saving but when it comes to the running of their own buildings they do nothing about it. The outside lights at Leach court, including the name sign are on continually day and night. In addition the interior lights on an entirely glass fronted staircase are on continually. Why is this energy being wasted?

Council says the request has been passed to the relevant department but still nothing happens

I have made further complaints to the Brighton and Hove Council and have been assured that they are dealing with the problem. I have also contacted the Green Councillor in the ward concerned but he has not even replied. The lights are still on day and night. I give up. Hell will freeze over before this council will take note of what the residents of Brighton have to say!
