The outdoor lights at Leach Court have been on continually for at least the last 9 months!

B&HCC are obsessed with energy saving but when it comes to the running of their own buildings they do nothing about it. The outside lights at Leach court, including the name sign are on continually day and night. In addition the interior lights on an entirely glass fronted staircase are on continually. Why is this energy being wasted?
