Front garden used as car park

The residential property called Dower Cottage on Park Road bordering Thanet has a front garden filled with a dozen or so vehicles and sometimes a vehicle removal truck. It appears this residential area is being used for a commercial vehicle operation in contravention of planning consents. Perhaps these possibly abandoned vehicles should be removed?

Local authority requested comnpletion of its online complaint form. That was done. Nothing further has happened so far. PS property name is Dormers Cottage not Dower Cottage.

The dozen or so vehicles are now reduced to about half a dozen after a completely ineffectual process with local planning. La meme chose.
