Light Pollution

Eva Armsby Centre has installed new security lighting across the back of the building. This is very bright and consists of at least 10 very powerful floodlights. It is a terrible waste of electricty as they are left on all night every night. The light is so powerful it lights up my bedroom at night even when I close my curtains.

The centre has done its utmost not to co-operate whilst all the time insisting that it "wants to be a good neighbour". The problem is still unresolved and the back of the building still looks like the 3rd runway at Heathrow every night.
