Parc bryn rhos housing development was completed by 'eden house dev'.but in spite of carmarthen council clearing all building inspections they refused to adopt the roads on completion due to welsh water not aproving the drains.we were assured by the builder that it would eventually be cleared and in the meantime eden house would maintain the roads and street lighting.fine. but rumour has it the builder hss filed for bankrupsy.the council say its a private road,and refuses to maintain the street lights in spite of us paying full council tax.
