Dog fouling along most of 'chocolate path'

This has always been there, and is regularly deposited (every day), despite at least 2 dog poo bins. Is clearly from a large dog or dogs, but sometimes smaller ones. Please do something about it! Perhaps put poo bag dispensers on bins and clearly promote this with a sign?
