Sunk drain, very dangerous

On the wheel left tracks when descending towards Golders Green is a pothole created by a sunk drain lid. There is a 3.2 inch step between the drain and the road surface. I had a severe bicycle accident yesterday because my front wheel broke on the edge of the pothole. In addition the lightning did not work yesterday night!
