Dog dirt always on Avenell Road

There is continuously dog dirt along the pavement on the Highbury Stadium Square side of the road. A couple of days ago I saw 5 occurrences of dog dirt on the stretch from the southstand to Gillespie Road. This is normal for this road. There appear to be no "no dog fouling" signs on display and it seems to take the council a long time to clean it up.
