Not sure who is responsible for the slip road leading to, and coming off, the M25 at the Godstone exit but the grass verges are in an absolutely disgusting state. The amount of rubbish seems to grow on a daily basis - it is vile! This seems to be an ongoing problem, perhaps a camera and some heavy fines would stop the litter bugs tipping their rubbish out of the car windows when driving on to, or coming off, the motorway. Canada is a prime example, very clean because people get hefty fines if they are caught littering.
