Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later

The a-boards on the pavement looks unlicensed. Even if it is correctly licensed, it positioned in a way that hindered pedestrian flow. The relevant officer should investigate.

the bar in question is 108 Dyke Road -- i cannot remember the name -- it is apex of Dyke and Prestonville Road --
