No tarmac

Top of road surface has deteriorated over the last few months to a point where it is now dangerous. The issue covers an area approx 3sqm. Gulleys / potholes / and loose tarmac make it very easy to lose control of vehicle as the affected area is on a tight inclined bend in the road.
