Traffic Light access and litter

Since teh removal of teh roundabout and installation of traffic lights traffic finds it very difficult to turn right into and out of Safestore Bedford could this junction have yellow hatching installed or some form of keep clear signage.Also there is a lot of litter on the roadside.

The litter problem was cleared quickly and efficiently really good job. Highways dept are surveying to find correct remedy for Traffic issue.
