Flooding

Sent to Buckinghamshire County Council and Aylesbury Vale District Council less than a minute later

Large flooding across both lanes. Worse if driving out of Wingrave toward Long Marston often having to stop and give way as can not drive through. Dangerous when frozen too. This has been like this for ages now and often happens throughout the year. Obviously a problem.

Told this wasn't a highways issue despite the flooding covering both lanes. Needs to be reported to environmental agency first! Why can't they forward it on for us - it's obviously a known problem as there are flood signs that have been put out to warn drivers.
