Gate obstructing

On the southern corner of Parkers Piese the bollards are sunk into the ground. Instead a gate is obstructing most of the area. This is a very busy place. It is also just where you actually need to be paying attention to various other things. This gate should be open. See also http://www.cyclestreets.net/location/20392/
