Dumped rubbish in front of block of flats 32-82

Several bags of domestic waste have been dumped outside of block 32-82 on Windmill Lane. The block of flats is across the road from The Alphabet House Nursery School. Apart from being an eyesore it has begun to attract rats (something Newham has had a problem with for a while now) and foxes. It's been sitting there for about a week now. Please, please come and clear it up. Thanks.
