Old vehicles, unroadworthy caravan on highway and general clutter

There is an old Leyland van parked on what is unfortunately probably private land in this location. It is unroadworthy and covered in graffiti (which continues to be added to). Surrounding it is all manner of household junk including multiple (usually full) recycling bins and containers of various sorts. On the road next to the property is an old caravan which appears to be full of stuff but has flat tyres and therefore should not be considered roadworthy (but the owner often makes it appear to be hooked up to a vehicle). The house also has another old car (again sadly parked on private land) filled with clutter and surrounded by what most people would consider to be junk. The entire site is a complete eyesore and not only attracts graffiti but also vermin (which have been spotted in the area).

The van has suddenly disappeared (hallelujah!) but the rest of the mess is still there and who knows what will appear in its place!
