Cars habitually parking to block the pavement

Sent to Eastleigh Borough Council less than a minute later

The black Seat is regularly parking in front of the garage of number 2A, causing the pavement to be blocked. The picture taken this morning is a prime example.

What about the blue astra blocking their garage. I know that car doesn't belong to that household so that shouldn't be there
