Sunken Manhole Cover

There is a manhole cover that is sinking into the road. It is now a good 2" below road level and is therefore a risk to cyclists & motorcyclists in particular. It's in the centre of the road and there are usually parked cars either side of it, forcing bikes/motorbikes to have to go over it. Requires immediate attention.

I got an automated reply from council advising that they would investigate and respond within 10 working days. That deadline has passed and I am still awaiting a response and/or action.
