Concrete obstructions

20/01/2010 5pm car had hit concrete bollard and had fliped on its roof.looking at the damage to the car i would be suprised if the driver survived.this is the third time ive seen cars on there roof after hitting these things appart from numerous cllisions.no dought cardiff highways would claim these bollards promote road safty but it would be interesting to know how many poeple are killed or injured colliding with these bollards.surely these bllards could be smaller or not so solid.....

I would imagine these incidents and resulting injuries are suppressed or filed under some other title
