Overhanging vegetation

The stretch of pavement from 70 Seafield Road down is badly invaded by overhanging vegetation, which narrows the pavement substantially and represents some hazard .There is no sign that the householders intend to do anything about it, despite, for example,recent changes in ownership.

One of the householders has either responded to the complaint or perhaps coincidentally dealt with the matter. However, there is no sign that others on the section of the street reported have been asked to comply with the council's regulations. And, in other locations within a half-mile radius, very many householders are in breach of the regulation.
