Council owned Car Parks

The following Car Parks within the town currently have either no lights or just 1 or 2 working, I know this has been reported before but after 3 months nothing has happened. The Car Parks concerned are Berry Court (st peters road) Glen Fern Car Park (glen fern road none working) Leyton Mount Car Park (Madeira Road ) and finally Madeira Road West Car Park both sets of double units out of action plus several nearest to Madeira Road, as a health and Safety issue can this be revisited as a matter of urgency please.
