Dangerous pavement

Outside Sainburys on Queensway. I note there was already a complaint made in December but nothing has yet been done. This caused my 82 year old mother to trip and hit her head, causing bad concussion, and damage to her face and hand last Sunday. This required an ambulance to be called and a visit to A and E. It could have been worse. Please mend it before someone is seriously injured.

I had an automated response from the Transport and Highways HQ at West Sussex council saying they would respond within 10 days - they haven't bothered.
