Burst water main and flooding due to drain being too high.

Sent to Blackpool Borough Council 4 minutes later
Clean water is gushing out of the drain outside 127 Anchorsholme Lane East. The problem was reported last week to United Utilities but nothing has been done. It is causing more than usual flooding outside 129 and 131 driveways and people passing on the pavement are being showered with water. The problem with flooding when it rains has been reported to Blackpool Council several times since 2004 but nothing has been done about it. There are now two problems here: 1. the burst water main losing gallons of water every day. 2. The lack of drainage outside 129. This is the last time the problem will be reported. I will have to take the matter higher if it is not sorted out this time.

Updates
Nobody will accept responsibility for this United Utilities passed it to 'A Council' Blackpool has passed it to United Utilities. If something isn't done in the next six days the problem will be reported to Joan Humble MP.
The burst water main has been fixed by United Utilities, so the water isn't constantly pouring out. As previously stated Blackpool Council has done nothing to sort out the drainage outside 129 and every time it rains the gully fills up with water, which cannot drain away. It takes ages to evaporate, especially at this time of year and as a consequence is sprayed up all over the pavement, any passers by and the garden wall when buses and cars go past.
