Numerous Sunken Manholes

There is numerous sunken manholes/drain covers on Market Street as you travel towards Aberdeen City Centre. Aberdeen City Council say that it is BT's problem & BT say that it is the Councils problem. This is a very busy road & the manholes/drains are only getting worse & come time holes will appear around them as they get worse. There is not one bit of the road in the left hand side lane of Market Street that is even/flat, it is so uneven & a mess.
