Scheduled refuse collections not being done - Poor communication from Pendle Borough Council

The scheduled refuse collections in this area are not being done despite several complaints to the council. The scheduled collections on the 4th (refuse), 8th (recycling) and 15th (refuse) have not been done.
I understand that the weather would have made the collections on the 4th & 8th difficult (but not impossible) there was no excuse for missing the collection on the 15th.
After several calls and emails from myself and my wife we still have not had the refuse collected or any return communication from the council.
I would like a call from the council telling me exactly when the refuse will be collected and if the recycling collection due on the 22nd will go ahead.
All we ask is for the common courtesy of a reply and for the rubbish to be collected this week.
