Flytipping in carpark behind Hazel Road flats

There is an ongoing problem with flytipping behind the flats on Hazel Road. People who are not residents of the flats are using the bins, but also people are dumping larger items (there at the moment is an old door, wheelbarrow, christmas tree, the base of a bed and 2 old televisions).
