Dog fouling

The people who live in the bungalow i have marked with the purple pin have a brown cocker spaniel, He walks it up and down the street, it is never on a lead and it fouls our garden most days.I have had words with him about the dog but apart from foul language i have had little responce.

At the moment the problem appears to be resolved. the dog has not fouled our garden for about 3 weeks, but he still lets it run about the street and not on a leed.

HE still does not keep his dog on a lead when in the front street. His first dog was killed because it was not on a lead, you think he would have learnt by that mistake.
